Sometimes an hour is all you need to gain clarity and get back on track.

This session is designed for those who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck or a little lost. This 1:1 60 min session via zoom, provides space for you to unlock what is holding you back and gain a sense of clarity to help you feel more focused. We will work together to identify options to move you forwards, in a direction you feel motivated and confident to follow.

A Clarity hour is also helpful if you are unable to commit to a coaching package at this time but would benefit from a outcomes focused conversation and the accountability coaching provides.

All Clarity hours include email support for the week post the session.

This coaching program is designed for those who are feeling like they need a change at work or in life. This may mean that you are feeling a bit lost or stuck and not sure what to do or you have some big ideas but unsure how to make them a reality.

This program will take you from overwhelm and procrastination to feeling confident, clear on what matters to you and motivated to navigate the change necessary, to achieve the outcomes you want.

The Realign program is a package of 6 x 60min 1:1 coaching sessions via zoom over 6 months, that provides the opportunity for you to discover your core values and develop positive behavioral changes aligned to your values, to support your everyday wellbeing and the achievement of your goals in life or work.

Realign 1:1 Program = $1100

Coaching packages are offered in 3 or 6 x 60 mins sessions to be used over a 3-6 month period respectively. They are a great option for those who have completed the Realign program and would like to continue to work together. However, these packages are also for new clients who are clear on what they wish to achieve but would like to tap into the benefits of the coaching space, to increase creativity of thought and accountability.
